About 20 percent of the Colorado lakes and reservoirs that have been tested by the state contain mercury-tainted fish. “It seems it’s everywhere,” said Gong, a Loveland resident. This book is a very good resource for Colorado Lakes, perhaps the only one like it. It's heavy on the fishing portion, of course, but still very useful for non-fishermen/women. The only real disappointment so far, is that there is no overall, statewide map showing the relative location of the individual lakes/5(7).
